K-12 REGISTRATION FORM
All wrestlers in our program must officially register - Youth Boys and Girls, Junior High and High School.

Jr High & High School Registration closes 11/17/2023.
Please plan on attending a parent meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 6pm at the high school for all youth parents participating in the 2023/2024 wrestling season. Practices are slated to begin November 6th. We will send out practice groups/times/locations at the beginning of November. Wrestlers will practice 2-3 times a week based on assigned group.

Youth boys and girls registration is $100. This will include some tournaments. A current CV Singlet or Two-Piece uniform is required for any wrestler wishing to compete. You will be promoted to order during registration.
